Applicants must be over 18 years of age and eligible to work in Canada. Shifts are available during the Advance Vote (Friday, January 24 - Saturday, January 25) and on Election Day (Friday, January 31).

Responsible for quality assurance and assisting the PDRO with supervision and conduct of the voting station.

Responsible for helping voters deposit their ballots, maintaining the secrecy of the ballot boxes, and thanking voters for voting.

Responsible for counting ballots on election night at a central location.

Responsible for assisting voters in the completion of the elector register, communicating eligibility to the voter and issuing ballots.

Responsible for greeting voters, confirming voters are in the right voting station, notifying the PDRO/APDRO if a voter requires assistance, managing lines and answering questions.

Oversees the voting station's operations, guaranteeing secrecy of the vote and ensuring that the environment is orderly and peaceful. It is essential for the PDRO to be well versed in the roles and responsibilities for all staff members, provide them with guidance, and address their inquiries. This role includes managing the other positions and ensuring a smooth electoral process.

Available on voting days to fill in for any of the above mentioned positions when voting stations are understaffed.
