The personal information on this form is collected under the authority of the Municipal Government Act, Section 340(2) and in accordance with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIP), Section 33(c). The information will be used to administer the Property Tax Instalment Payment Plan (TIPP) and to manage the accounts receivable of The City of Calgary.
