The Parking Revenue Reinvestment Program has been established to fulfill the following objectives in paid parking areas:
- Facilitate a strong pedestrian environment
- Further the implementation of complete streets
- Provide incremental improvements to area parking
- Enhance area urban design
- Add to the vibrancy of the area
Project Locations and Eligibility
Reinvested revenues can be used for mobility and public-realm improvements, or enhanced services in paid parking areas. Proposed projects must be within the Parking Limit Boundaries as illustrated on this map. Communities that are eligible to apply for project funding include: Beltline, Britannia/Elboya, Cliff Bungalow/Mission, Crescent Heights, Downtown East Village, Hillhurst/Sunnyside, Varsity, Windsor Park. Funding Application Instructions
A separate application must be made for each project. You may apply for funding through the Parking Revenue Reinvestment Program for more than one project.
All fields in sections 1 and 2 must be completed. For section 3 fill in the portions that relate to your project.
Projects will be prioritized to receive funding based on achieving the above objectives. Submissions must be received by May 01, 2026 to be considered eligible for funding in 2026.
