This form is the pre-qualification application (the "Application") for The City of Calgary’s ChargeYYC – Phase 1 program (the "Program"). ChargeYYC – Phase 1 provides rebates for the creation of an EV Charging Road Map, a customized technical plan for installing electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure in multi-residential buildings. When submitted, the information included in the Application will be used to assess your eligibility for participating in this Program. Prior to submitting this form, please review the Program Terms and Conditions at calgary.ca/chargeyyc.

 

Please note that submitting the Application does not guarantee that you will receive a rebate through the Program.

 

You may submit one Application per multi-residential property (the "Property"). In many cases, a Property will be made up of a single multi-residential building. However, if there are multiple buildings on the same Property (i.e. multiple buildings that share the same street address but different unit numbers), please only complete one application for the Property.
