By registering to this program, you agree to share you building information and building energy performance information as described in the Privacy Policy. The type of data that will be disclosed to the public depends on your selection of Disclosure Level.

You may revoke your consent to public disclosure at any time by writing to energybenchmarking@calgary.ca. Upon a reasonable amount of time from revoking your consent to public disclosure, the City of Calgary will remove your property name and address from the visible dataset as well as any identifying links to your building information. Your building information will be visible only within the aggregate datasets and data visualizations noted in the Terms and Conditions.

	Full Disclosure	The following information will be made publically available: Building information including organization name, property type, age of building, and gross floor area (excludes contact information) Building performance data including site energy use intensity, source energy use intensity, greenhouse gas emissions, greenhouse gas emission intensity, and ENERGY STAR Score.
	Aggregate Disclosure	Provide your building energy performance data to the program without public disclosure. Your building data will be included in the program database and will be used to anonymously populate the energy performance histograms shown on the mapping tool. Individual buildings and property information will not be shown on the public map.
	Unsure	If you're unsure about how you'd like to disclose your information, please check this box. The program Energy Advisor will contact you to discuss the details of disclosure and find the solution that is right for you.
