Check your eligibility for the Resilient Roofing Rebate program

Is your home a single family home, semi-detached (side-by-side), or duplex?

Note that complete applications for semi-detached homes require proof of full roof replacement, i.e. both sides of the structure.

Proceed if the property is in good standing on the tax roll, i.e. does not have a tax recovery notification registered on title.

Roof replacements between June 13, 2020 - May 31, 2021 require proof of damage from a 2020 hailstorm to be eligible. Roof replacements prior to June 13, 2020 are not eligible.

Have you fully replaced your roof with a Class 4 impact resistant product after June 1, 2021?

You are not eligible at this time.

Other housing types may be considered in future years of the program.
