The Compassionate Property Tax Penalty Relief Program is for property owners who were unable to pay property taxes on time due to a significant life event.  


To confirm if you are eligible, please review the following program page for more information.

  • For critical illness, we require a medical declaration form signed by your doctor. The form can be downloaded here.
  • For bereavement, a copy of the death certificate will be required.
