The Downtown Office Conversion Program supports downtown property owners with incentive funding for the conversion of underused office space to residential units, hotels and a range of other eligible uses — such as student housing, seniors housing, co‑living developments, life science spaces, self-storage, K–12 schools and performing arts and cultural uses. The program will be open for intake of new applications from June 15 to July 27, 2026.

Ensure you have your Certificate of Title/registrations, Letter of Authorization (where applicable), Consent to Due Diligence and Comprehensive Application Requirement List ready before beginning your application.
